Eating on Campus

Coming this Fall (2007):

Two brand new eateries will open on campus! In September, within the School of Leadership and Education Sciences, will be Bert's Bistro. In the valley Fitness Center, Missions Café will open by mid-October.

Dine on Campus:

University Center --Stop in for the all-you-care-to-eat breakfast, lunch or dinner Monday through Sunday. This includes our 20-foot salad bar, hot entree stations (everything from freshly prepared pasta dishes, to grilled chicken and burgers, a carving station, etc.) soups, desserts and much more. Cash and CampusCash are accepted. (Located downstairs in University Center)

Marketplace: Deli, Bakery and Market --Did you know the Deli salad bar now features organic, locally grown, produce? Have you tried the hot panini sandwiches? Grab and go salads, sushi and wraps also available. The Bakery has Cafe Rojas Organic Coffee, pastries, and cereals. You can also get a smoothie made with real fruit, or a blended Acaî berry bowl topped with bananas and hemp granola- it's cold, fruity and a sustainable product of the rain forest- you will love it! The Market provides you with a plethora of quick snack choices: chips, candy, slushees, ice cream, sushi, cold beverages, magazines, toiletries, and groceries. (Located upstairs in University Center)

Maher Hall: Aromas Coffeehouse --Aromas proudly brews Starbucks coffee and espresso. Stop in for your favorite drink, hot or iced. Pastries, oatmeal, cereals, salads, sandwiches, soups on the go and more.

Kroc Institute: La Paloma --At the west-end of campus La Paloma is the perfect place for an early morning coffee, or a signature salad or sandwich at lunch.

Bert's -- in the SOLES bldg. Opens at 8:30 am ... has organic foods and coffee. Not a lot of self serve options, so the lines can be long.
