Sure; more details? Where is it, how much is rent, what's the utilities situation, what appliances are there, how many bedrooms, how many baths, etc. feel free to send me an email with more info mrbowman@ucsd.edu
How many people can fit in this condo? I'd like to know details, me and my roommate are trying to look for something, but we wouldn't want it until august or september.

Hello, I'm def looking for a place come june to move into, I just had a few questions for the condo you're offering - how many rooms is it and how much is the rent? Is it furnished? where exactly is it located? (cross street) Thank you, Emily Effner

I lived at Costa Verde (South) last year, in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom (Newport) apartment. The rent was $1530. The price was very reasonable for the size of the apartment. The only bad thing about Costa Verde is that the security there is not the best, and the hallways, stairwells, and parking garage are pretty run down and kind of scary at night. Especially if you're a girl. However, I hear that Costa Verde North is much better, but slightly pricier.

Also, there are many Condos around UCSD on the bus routes. You can find many of those for a good price off Craigslist. It is always good to start looking early since the good ones always get rented quickly, and sometimes the person doesn't get back to you right away.
